School of Rock
Every school on one screen. The switches act on that school immediately, and each change is written into their activity feed — a school whose agent stopped answering families can see that we stopped it.
Nothing is saved — reloading this page clears the secret. It is the
master credential and can act as any school, so enter it before you share your screen,
not during.
Set up or repair a school
Set one up. Creates a school end to end — hostname, config, its own token, passphrase and login — then hands over the credentials and the Apps Script steps.
Or open one you already have. Signs you in to that school's console as them for an hour, without their password. The same screen also resets a password, resets the passphrase, or re-mints their agent token.
Enter the admin secret before you share your screen — it is the master credential and can act as any school. Nothing is saved; reloading the page clears it. Opening a school's console writes a line into their activity feed saying Evolvance was there, which is deliberate: the console holds transcripts with families in them.

Update this client's numbers
Drop in their latest dashboard screenshots — Claude reads the figures out and their Impact dashboards recalculate from the new totals. Do this monthly, biweekly, or whenever fresh numbers land. Weekly notes and recommendations go in alongside them, and show up read-only on the client's Impact tab.
Both open on the client's own site, where your admin secret already works. They have to run there — each client's notes and impact data live in that client's own storage, so writing them from this console wouldn't reach theirs.
