Evolvance — Schools

Stand a School of Rock up, or repair one, without a terminal. This page creates the ACCOUNT — a tenant, an address, a token, a passphrase, a login — and deliberately nothing else. What the agent says on the school's behalf is theirs to fill in, in their own console, on the setup call. Every step is checked rather than assumed, and then you are shown what to hand over.

Before you share your screen. The admin secret below is the master credential: it can act as any school. Type it in before the call starts, not during. It is never saved — reloading this page clears it.

The school

Three things, and none of them is theirs. This page stands the school UP — a tenant, an address, a login — and stops there. Everything about how the agent speaks for them (who takes the calls, their hours, their number, their HubSpot form) is filled in by the school itself, in their own console, on the setup call. That is the point: their details typed from a form by us are our best guess, and the one thing this repository refuses to do is guess on a school's behalf.

These are the steps the downloaded file itself documents. They changed when the email agent and the calendar sync became one pasted file, and the old ones left a school with a working inbox and no calendar — so its agent could never honestly offer a time.

  1. Open their Apps Script project and paste evolvance.gs — the whole file, the only file.
  2. Run setupEvolvance() once. It creates the labels and the calendar, sends nothing, and prints what it did.
  3. Gmail filter: subject contains "New Lead - Contact" → apply the NewLead label.
  4. Add one trigger, running evolvance() every minute.

There are no Script Properties to set. The console writes this school's key into the file as it is downloaded, which is why the file is theirs alone and why a copy handed to the wrong school would not work.

On the setup call

The school signs in and completes its own knowledge base — who takes the calls, the hours they take them, the number families read in the signature, their HubSpot form. The agent will not send anything until they have. That refusal is deliberate and it is why this page does not fill any of it in on their behalf: a blank field stops the agent, and a wrong one lets it write to a family confidently.

Which school

Reset the console password

Overwrites the password on an existing login. The account keeps its school. This is the one destructive thing on this page, so it is never something the create flow does by accident.

Reset the tenant passphrase

The shared per-school passphrase, separate from any person's login.

Re-mint the agent token

Issues this school a new token. The old one stops working, so their Apps Script needs the new value in EVOLVANCE_TOKEN before it will run again.

Open this school's console

Signs you in to their console as them, for an hour. The link is good for sixty seconds and once only, and it is refused at any other school's address. The school sees it — a line saying Evolvance opened their console lands in their own activity feed. That is deliberate: the console holds transcripts with families in them, and a visit nobody can see afterwards is indistinguishable from one nobody was meant to make.
